Professional Swiss Regatta Team
Sensation in original Switzerland
Nothing less than the 2024 world championship title in the RC44 class will be contested on Lake Uri in August. Competing for this prestigious trophy with a selection of the world’s best sailors, literally on our own doorstep in an impressive mountain setting, fills the Black Star Sailing Team with enthusiasm. But it’s not just us as participants who are pretty excited. The organisers in Brunnen have also been busy preparing for months in order to manage the logistics of the nine teams arriving with yacht, bag and baggage.
Fans and sailing enthusiasts have the unique opportunity to experience the spectacle on land – and above all directly on Lake Uri – at close quarters. There are also a number of opportunities to be there as an observer on our official spectator boats. We look forward to your support on site!
