Black Star Sailing
The enterprise Black Star Sailing pursues the goal of successfully competing in international sailing regattas and promoting young talent in the process.
In Switzerland in particular, it is difficult to be trained at international regatta level. Especially for young sailors, there are hardly any opportunities to learn the rather complex know-how around national and international racing. Black Star Sailing wants to change that by offering young talents a place in the team and integrating them firmly into the organisation.
The Black Star Sailing team is also committed to the environment, especially the water. Black Star Sailing reduces its waste to a minimum and disposes of it properly. Wherever necessary, undrinkable tap water is treated by the company’s own filter system. This avoids considerable amounts of plastic waste and additionally saves resources for the production and transport of the required drinking water.
Founded in 2019, Black Star Sailing is still in the process of expanding its partner network. With RC44 and GC32, Black Star maintains two ambitious campaigns and is grateful for support of any kind.
